There is this wonderful place at Keppel Island where you can enjoy a beautiful breakfast.
Sitting down in a comfortable environment and admiring the beautiful scenery. That is how breakfast should be.

This is certainly not the first nor the second time I patronize Prive. It is hard not to fall in love with this place and I know I can never say no to Prive. It has this alluring factor that keeps me coming back for more.

Needless to say, the view is magnificent.



I am keeping brunch really simple this time. My all-time favourite comfort food, Oatmeal Porridge. Dressed beautifully with strawberries, bananas and honeycomb – a great start to a sweet morning.

Best friend had her Egg Royale. Nothing can go wrong with eggs, smoked salmon and toasted muffin. She loves it totally.

I always wanted to try out the Baked Chocolate Tart. A thick, rich layer of bitter sweet chocolate is indeed addictive. I was expecting more from the tart base, it was buttery but slightly dry and crumbly. I will prefer if they can warm up the chocolate tart. Top with a scoop of ice-cream, it will be absolute divine.

As much as I love about the place, the scenery and the environment, I do feel that service is really lacking. There were at least 6 wait staff on duty that day and I still find it extremely difficult to get their attention especially when they are chatting among themselves. It will be perfect the service experience is just as good as the environment.

And, by the way, they serve excellent Peanut butter milkshake. Do try it out if you are there.:)
